I just say no, no, it's okay. Can we practice no for a little while. No, no, no. Hell no. No, no. Nope. Nah, no, nobody, nobody. Nope, nope, nope. Nope. Can't do that. Sorry, not sorry. You're listening to the unapologetically unstoppable podcast. It's about going deep into who you were made to be. And following that, no matter what. Where your calling is in the front seat and fear. Well, it's trying to stop you. But fuck that guy, and getting the tools and tips to become unstoppable. I'm your host, Jeanette Peterson, where not too long ago, I had to find my calling. Here You'll hear from me and other online experts on how to discover your calling, the steps to make it happen, and how to monetize it. I believe when we're unapologetic about our calling, we become an unstoppable expansive force. So let's get started.

I don't care if you found the best man on earth. He's not gonna agree with you. 100%. And if you agree with him, 100% you lie to yourself, you like straight up girl and lion. But you need to be able to say no to stick to your boundaries. I want you to say No, five times this week, to somebody that asks you for something. And if they've never heard you say no, they are going to pout and cry. And make you feel bad about saying no, we're trying to convince you to say yes. Stick to No. And there was a full sentence. You don't have to have a reason. You don't have to have an excuse. You can say sorry, but you don't have to be no. hate you, Dad, do you want to come out with us on Friday night? We're gonna go tip cows. No. Hey, Jeanette, we're gonna leave this Bible study and it's gonna be great and expansive. And we're gonna love Jesus the entire time. No, even though I want to do both of those things. I've never tipped a cow. And I love Jesus. You can still say no to things you like. It just might not be the right time the right place any of those things? And that is okay. When you're learning to be more expensive than who you are, you have to say no. You can't say yes to every Tom, Dick and Harry that comes your way that wants to do something with you.

Jeanette Peterson 8:14

Say no to something you love. From somebody you love. If our son asked me out this week and says, Hey, babe, I want to take you to get some god chicken chick fillet and town without the kids. That sounds romantic to me. But I'm gonna say no. I'm going to say no, because on the weekend, I like spending time with my kids. So that's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna say no, it's gonna hurt my heart a little bit. I might be a little sad about it. But strengthening up my know, will help me later on. When something really juicy comes my way. And I need to say no. Hey, Jeanette, I'll give you $90,000 To sit here all day on the internet. And you don't have to do anything. Just sit here on the internet. No, because that's not my purpose. That's not my plan. That's not an alignment. That's really good for somebody else. No.

Jeanette Peterson 9:22

We had to say no to something recently that was really juicy. I mean, like, one of the best things we ever thought of cooked fun all week. And if you if you are interested, look at the description. And tag Sam because she's an amazing person. And so as Jessica she's also amazing. But we had to say no to doing that project with him. And it was gonna be amazing. I mean, it's so amazing. It's amazing. Like it's legit funnel in a week like you get your entire phone's built in Everything in a week. But it's not an alignment, because that's not gonna help me speak on stages. And that's not gonna help Alison have a retreat, as of now, could not see how those two connected. So he said no. And it was sad, because we love those people. And we love the project. But we said no. But you know what? It's opening our doors and our availability to do something even better, which is gonna be a mastermind, which is gonna be amazing. Because now we get to help people find their calling, which I think is very exciting to me, too. I get to help people figure out who they were made to be. And monetize that. That is what I'm supposed to be doing on this planet. So I have to say no to things that are amazing. To do something even more amazing and extraordinary that made for me. funnel in a week is made for somebody. It's just not made for me. So I had to say no, I can't say yes to everything that comes across. That's even amazing. I think that's the only way that you're going to make millions of dollars is if you start saying no. So this week, your only action you don't have like a huge thing to do for your journal entries. You can still get the journal entry one in the show notes, but say No, five times. I want to hear I want to hear about it. Tell me about the first time you said no and what it felt like. If it didn't feel scary, the basic training. You didn't say no good enough. No, I'm just kidding. You said no planning good. But I will talk to you guys later. See you soon.
